What is Honeys Club?
Honeys Club is our optional subscription program that offers 20% off every order when you subscribe to receive products on a recurring basis. There are no commitments and you can cancel at any time with no fees.
How Subscriptions Work
When you subscribe to a product:
- You select your delivery frequency (every 30, 60, or 90 days)
- Your first order ships immediately
- Your payment method is charged automatically before each shipment
- You receive an email reminder 3 days before each renewal
- Your order ships automatically on your selected schedule
Subscription Pricing
Subscribers receive 20% off the regular retail price on all subscription orders. This discount is applied automatically at checkout and on all recurring orders.
Payment Authorization
By subscribing, you authorize Healthy Honeys to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis according to your chosen frequency. You will be charged the subscription price plus applicable taxes and shipping until you cancel.
Email Notifications
You will receive email notifications for:
- Order confirmation when you subscribe
- Reminder 3 days before your next shipment
- Confirmation when your recurring payment is processed
- Shipping confirmation with tracking information
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time, for any reason, with no cancellation fees.
How to Cancel
Option 1 — Email: Send an email to hello@healthyhoneys.shop with the subject "Cancel Subscription" and include your name and email associated with the subscription.
Option 2 — Account Dashboard: Log into your account at healthyhoneys.shop/account, go to "My Subscriptions," and click "Cancel Subscription."
Cancellation Timing
- Cancellations are processed within 24 business hours
- To ensure your next order is not processed, please cancel at least 5 days before your scheduled renewal date
- If you cancel after your payment has been processed, that order will still ship and no refund will be issued for that shipment
- Your cancellation is effective immediately for all future orders
You will receive an email confirmation when your subscription has been successfully cancelled.
Modifications & Pausing
You can modify your subscription at any time:
- Change delivery frequency
- Skip a shipment
- Change products
- Update payment method
- Update shipping address
To make changes, log into your account or email hello@healthyhoneys.shop at least 5 days before your next scheduled shipment to ensure changes take effect.
You may also pause your subscription for up to 90 days. During the pause, you will not be charged and no shipments will be sent. Your subscription will automatically resume after the pause period unless you cancel.
