About the Class
Cooking with Cannabis
Taught by Shannon Donnelly through MSU Denver's Lifelong Learning program. This course gives students comprehensive knowledge of cannabis preparation, infusion techniques, dosing, and portioning for commercial food applications.
We cover the many ways cannabis is consumed, the multiple applications of cannabis in food preparation, and explore both hemp and cannabis use in food production. You'll get hands on experience dosing and portioning CBD concentrates and terpene extracts within food products, with a focus on commercially viable production methods.
