Shipping Restrictions
We ship to all 50 US states where our products are legal. However, due to varying state regulations on hemp-derived THCa products, we may be unable to ship certain products to:
- Idaho
- Iowa
- Other states with specific restrictions
It is your responsibility to ensure that hemp products are legal in your state and local jurisdiction before ordering. We are not responsible for orders seized by local authorities.
Signature Required
For orders over $150, a signature may be required upon delivery. Please ensure someone is available to sign for the package or provide delivery instructions.
Discreet Packaging
All orders ship in plain, unmarked packaging with no indication of contents. Your privacy is important to us.
Return Policy
30-Day Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unopened, unused products in their original packaging.
Eligible Returns
- Unopened products in original, sealed packaging
- Products in resalable condition
- Items with proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used products (for health and safety reasons)
- Products without original packaging
- Items purchased more than 30 days ago
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
How to Return
- Email Sdonnel3@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
- Wait for return authorization and shipping instructions
- Ship the item back using the provided label or your own shipping method
- Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the return
Return Shipping
- Defective/Wrong Item: We cover return shipping
- Change of Mind: Customer pays return shipping ($7.99 deducted from refund or ship on your own)
Refund Policy
Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after we process the return.
Refund Amount
- Full product price for eligible returns
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable (unless we made an error)
- Return shipping may be deducted for non-defective returns
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Sdonnel3@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged/incorrect item
- Description of the issue
We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Lost Packages
If your package shows as delivered but you haven't received it:
- Check with neighbors or household members
- Look in common delivery spots (porches, garages, mailboxes)
- Contact your local post office or carrier
- If still not found after 48 hours, contact us and we'll investigate
We may require a police report for lost package claims over $100.
